Post-race reflection

Four days are gone since accomplishing one of the hardest MTB races I’ve ever done, the Titan Desert Saudi Arabia.

It was four days of physical but mostly mental improvement, overcoming adversities: the wind, the track, the distances… which bring out the best of yourself and show you that you can achieve what you set out to do with dedication, perseverance and effort. Now, looking back, I feel strong, happy to have managed to cover more than 400 km through difficult terrain, with very harsh weather conditions, and privileged to have been able to enjoy those magnificent desert landscapes, along the Red Sea. And the best of all, crossing the finish line knowing you’ve made it.

Perhaps a challenge of this magnitude is not the healthiest for the body, but it is for the mind!
